He is just an advocate of Telangana putting up his argument. It is silly to compare Telangana and Seema-Andhra people as Pandavas and Kauravas. When a war - even a satyagraha version is fought - it has to be fought. An arbitrator cannot be a person of any of the two regions. He cannot assume the role of a self-appointed judge. He is just carried away by his name and threating the other side. He should not forget that he is speaking to his own people in Karimnagar and threatens the other party. He should give that speech in Vijayawada and Visakha.
