Society always has three sections of people - one section who talk and who oppose them on the same plane (this, we think, is democracy), the large second section which only reads the arguments of both sides and is indifferent, the third section which creates a street riot. Whether it is demand for Telengana, or releasing a book on preservation of Visalandhra, the procedure is the same. This is democracy, mobocracy, whatever you may call it. This is the way it is done.
